Our Purpose and Passion

We create intentional and affirming space for Black women to connect and grow, customize training for Black women in current & future leadership roles, and celebrate what it means to be both a "Sistah" and a "Boss"!

What We Offer

We provide a range of leadership development programs, including workshops, individual coaching sessions, and a leadership development program tailored to the specific needs of African-American women leaders.
