Our Mission
Empowering Black Women to Lead With Confidence
More than leadership training, SistahBoss is a declaration that Black women deserve spaces that see us, support us, and celebrate our power. That our ideas, our leadership styles, and our lived experiences are powerful. And that we don’t need to shrink or soften to lead well.
Through coaching, community events, and workshops, we help you lead with clarity, courage, and joy.
SistahBoss is a movement, and your voice belongs in it!
