SistahBoss Leadership Advance Program Assistant
Job Title: SistahBoss Leadership Advance Program Assistant
Location: Tabor 100 Building, Tukwila WA + Remote
Position Type: Short-term, Six-Month Contract (January 6 - June 30, 2025)
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per month
Compensation: Contract stipend of $1,500, paid in two installments (March and June)

Overview: The SBLA Program Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of this transformative learning experience. You'll work alongside a passionate team to provide administrative and logistical support, conduct grant research, and bring the energy and excitement of the SistahBoss brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Administrative Support:

Keep cohort participants informed and engaged by managing communication, calendar appointments, timely updates and reminders.

Maintain a seamless, user-friendly shared drive for all program materials, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.

Workshop Support:

Be on-site and ready to go on Friday, February 14th; and then the 3rd Friday of each month from March through June 2025 (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) to provide hands-on support during the in-person workshops.

Ensure the workshop space is set up with all the necessary technology and equipment, so our participants can focus on learning and growing.

Documentation and Presentation:

Use your creative flair to develop polished documents, presentations, and workshop materials that align with the SistahBoss brand.

Collaborate closely with the program facilitators to bring their vision to life and elevate the participant experience.

Grant Research:

Uncover potential grants and funding opportunities to support the growth and sustainability of the SBLA program.

Prepare research summaries and reports to present your findings to the program leadership team.

Qualifications:
-
Exceptional organizational skills and the flexibility to successfully balance emerging tasks with established responsibilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders on behalf of SistahBoss, LLC.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience managing shared drives (e.g., Google Drive).

Prior experience in grant research or nonprofit program support is a plus, but not required.

A self-starter with the ability to excel independently and as part of a dynamic team in a hybrid remote and in-person work arrangement.

Genuine passion for supporting a Black women-owned small business, and a personal alignment with the mission and values of SistahBoss, LLC.
